The Mind-BodyUpgrade?

The Mind-Body Upgrade is a 12-week non-diet and compassionate approach to weight management and self-discovery designed to take your health and happiness to the next level. 

The Mind-Body Upgrade program was born out of Rachel Joy Olsen's pure passion for helping people in their pursuit of optimal health, happiness and success.

 

Rachel Joy Olsen, BSc., MBA is a fitness, plant-based nutrition, mind-body and weight management expert, author and speaker. Her passion for whole food and healthy living is evident in how she lives her life and shares her passion with the world.
