Your Next Steps

Follow the steps below to help you, and/or your new rep build your business to leadership levels. These steps are for a Virtual Franchisee or above.

1) Train your team member (VF or up) how to print and read reports, click on the image below for details:

2)  Show your team member how to properly care for their customers by training them on their Preferred Customer Genealogy Report which is automatically emailed to them each Sunday. Click on the images to learn more about customer care:

3) Explain Club Levels - Number of VFQ and relation to monthly earnings (i.e. 3 Club $600, 6 Club $1200, 12 Club $3000, 24 Club $5000, 39 Club $10000).

4) Marketing Plan - Explain & Goal Set (VF, SC, SSC, QNMD, NMD) ~ click on the image below for details.

5) Review Social Media Training and post ideas (Facebook, Instagram, other). 
 

6) Check your new reps contact list of 100 names and have them text or private message the people who have not yet been contacted.

 

7) Set another Facebook party or live event and schedule in some prospect meetings that you can be at either in person or over the phone.

8) Encourage your new rep to invest in business training. Some essential trainings include:

9) Encourage your new rep to create a vision board or vision book that will visually capture their deepest desires. This will help them stay focused on their goals.
