Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:

4 cups cooked quinoa
-
4 green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
-
1 large tomato, seeded and finely diced
-
¾ English cucumber, peeleand chopped
-
¼ cup parsley, minced
-
4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
-
3 to 5 tablespoons lemon juice
-
2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
-
½ tsp fennel seed
Directions:
-
Mix everything in a large bowl.

Allow let sit for one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
-
Serve!
