Hi! I’m Rachel Joy Olsen with RJO Wellness & Associates.
I used to struggle with weight, low energy and the frustration and confusion about what it meant to actually eat healthy. I read many books and followed many fad diets. I would lose weight and gain it back. I had digestive pain, bad skin, low energy, low self-confidence, had an eating disorder and poor relationship with food and depression and anxiety as a result.
Then I discovered a new way of living; a plant-based lifestyle that turned my entire life around.
I started developing a new relationship with food, cut out meat, ate more fruits and veggies, developed my own recipes and began to love life again. I watched documentaries, read books and worked with coaches to further my learning
Now I’m plant-based chef, nutritionist and health coach, it is easier to keep weight off, I have more energy, my skin is clear, I no longer have digestive distress or depression and anxiety around food. I know how to look at a recipe and adjust it to my needs.
Now my mission is to help you discover how to overcome the frustration and confusion you have around what it really means to live a healthy, plant-based lifestyle so you will be inspired to eat delicious vegan food for better health and happiness!
