Ingredients:
1 large beet, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 inch piece fresh ginger
1/4 fresh lemon
Directions:
Run all ingredients through a slow juicer one peice at a time.
Add more, or less, of each ingredient until you get the desired flavor.
