Fitness Programming is for you if:

  • You are comfortable working out on your own you just need an updated plan.

Fitness Programming Level One

The Fitness Programming Level One program includes:

  • Personal consultation

  • One 4 - week program.

  • 4, one-on-one virtual coaching calls - 30 minutes each

Fitness Programming Level Two

The Fitness Programming Level Two includes:

  • Everything in Level One

 

Plus three months of:

  • Monthly Follow-ups - 30 minute virtual coaching calls

  • Monthly progam changes

Fitness Programming Level Three

The Fitness Programming Level Three includes:

  • Personal consultation

  • 16, one-on-one virtual coaching calls - 30 minutes each

  • Vitual support incuding Facebook, email and text

  • Personal fitness programming for a specific goal - 4 months with necessary adjustments (eg.: fitness competition)
