Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients:

½ cup organic canned coconut milk
-
½ cup unsweetened almond milk

¾ cup fresh or frozen mango, diced (if using frozen be sure to thaw first)

2 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut

1 tsp pure maple syrup
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large glass jar.

Mix well and seal.

Refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.

Serve!
