Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked quinoa

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1 large tomato, seeded and finely diced

  • ¾ English cucumber, peeleand chopped

  • ¼ cup parsley, minced

  • 4 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

  • 3 to 5 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

  • ½ tsp fennel seed

 

Directions:

  • Mix everything in a large bowl.

  • Allow let sit for one hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  • Serve!
