Raw Almond Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw almonds, soaked for 12 hours

  • 3 cups flitered water

  • pinch sea salt

 

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients in a Vitamix, or other, high speed blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into a nut milk bag and drain liquid into a container; separating the liquid from the pulp.

  • Make almond cookies with the pulp.
