Raw Almond Milk
Ingredients:

1 cup raw almonds, soaked for 12 hours

3 cups flitered water
-
pinch sea salt
Directions:

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix, or other, high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.
-
Pour into a nut milk bag and drain liquid into a container; separating the liquid from the pulp.
-
Make almond cookies with the pulp.
