Grab and Go Food Options That Your Body Will Love
Junk food is everywhere you look and so it would seem that it's ok to eat it. The problem is the body thinks of it as just that...junk. It is not food to the cells in your body most of the time the body sees junk food as a toxin. As a result the body has an abundance of inflammation and protects itself from this junk food my storing the toxins as fat.
Here are a few easy grab and go snacks that your body with love:
1) Hummus and veggies
2) Smoothie
3) Avocado chocolate pudding
4) Apples or celery and nut butter
5) Air popped non-GMO popcorn
6) Kale crackers or kale chips
7) Plain oatmeal topped with berries
9) Dates or figs with a few nuts or seeds
10) Fresh fruit
