As a personal trainer and health coach I am constantly asked, "what supplements should I take?"
When choosing supplements ask yourself these questions:
1) Is the supplement made of real food? If the supplement you are considering is full of synthetic materials, chemicals, dyes, etc... don't take it! The body has no idea what to do with these foreign toxins and will end up storing it as fat.
2) Why am I taking this supplement? Have a good reason for taking the supplement. If you cannot get your nutrients from food, which many people can't, then for sure take a whole food supplement.
