Food, food, and more food. This is what seems to be this issue for many people including myself. For many years I have struggled with over eating. I would eat when I was tired, bored, sad, angry, hungry, tired or whatever other reason I could come up with. Of course it doesn't help that I love to eat good food and that growing up food was a very social and comforting thing.
Here's the issue with overeating... it doesn't make you feel good and can result in digestive problems and excess calories that leads to excess body fat and health problems.
So, let me ask you this... have you ever struggled with over eating? Have you ever sat down at a restaurant for dinner and been served a huge plate of food? Yet, you it so good and you are so hungry that you eat the entire thing only to push yourself away from the table and loosen a button because you are now so full?
