I posed a question awhile ago on Facebook and asked: "What is your biggest road block to accomplishing your health and wellness goals."
Not surprisingly the most common response was time. Not having enough time in the day to do what is needed to reach goals such as not enough time to workout or prepare food.
In the video below I will give you a three tips that you can implement today that will help you find some time do get these things done.
However, if time is your biggest road block I would like you to think of all the things that you are spending your time on that are taking you away from your goals. Things like spending hours watching TV, or Netflix, scrolling through Facebook, or doing so much for other people that you neglect to take care of your needs. Remember, the oxygen mask must go on you first if there's an emergency on the plane.
