The problem is thee quick fix solutions don't work. You might be able to get excess weight off by using sheer force, starvation and exercise, but it's not sustainable. Once exercise slows down and food intake increases weight will come on and will usually result in even more weight being gained.
Many of these quick fix diet fads are not fun. Often you are eating packaged foods, or munching on lettuce or other tasteless foods and working out for hours a day just to try to lose weight. This is NOT living!
