One Step At A Time

How many times have you vowed that tomorrow you were going to start your diet or new exercise program only to have something come up and set you back again? Or, how many times have you had the intention to make some healthy changes in your life but then fear took over and took you out of the game?

This happens all the time. The message I want to give to you today is that it's ok. Tomorrow is always a new day.

Yes, change can be scary but it also leads us to new and wonderful things. All you need to do is take that first step; that one simple change that will get you closer to your goal than you were before. As long as you are walking, or even crawling to your final destination, that's ok!

The problem is most people are so scared of failure that they don't event try. Well, the easiest way to guarantee failure is to not even try at all!
