What's that green stuff you're drinking?

At any time in the day I can be found drinking some funky looking water. The best part is it often

strikes up a great conversation!

Green is a color that seems to gross people out yet green is the color of detoxing and cleansing. Think about the leaves on the trees in the summer. What color are they? Green! Why? Because their purpose is to clean the air.

After learning about how powerful green foods are you will want to drink, and eat them, a lot more. Here are some reasons why you will want to boost up your green foods (and drinks):

1) Boost energy

2) Reduce inflammation

3) Clear out heavy metals

4) Provide the body with healing nutrients

5) Can help prevent and manage chronic diseases like high blood pressure and more.

6) Reduce oxidative stress

It is very important that all greens are organic and non-GMO so that you get all the nutrition and non of the toxins.

My favorite greens to add to my water are:

1) Liquid chlorohyll - Chlorophyll is the blood of plants. It's what makes them green. You can buy this in a liquid form at the health food store or natural food section in Superstore.

2) Chlorella - A blue-green algae that's rich in chlorophyll, magnesium, B vitamins, protein, iron, zinc and more.

3) Spirulina - A blue-green algae that's rich in chlorophyll, magnesium, B vitamins, protein, iron, zinc and more.

4) Purium Power Shake - This one is by far my favorite. Not only does it taste amazing but it contains a blend of sprouted grasses, spirulina, sprouts, and other greens and herbs. Want to check it out? Click here>>>

So now you know that the green stuff I am drinking is one of the above delicious and healthy nutrients. I couldn't live without!

My wish for you, and everyone in this world, that they never drink clear water again...only green, superfood water allowed.

Until next time,

I wish you a lifetime of healthy abundance!

Rachel
