Card Deck Workout

In the spirit of being active in April I want to share with you a fun and easy workout you can do anywhere.

The Card Deck Workout

Equipment required:

- deck of cards

- you

Choose 5 exercises:

For example (push-ups, squats, leg raises, jumping jacks, lunges)

Choose and exercise for each suit:

Hearts: push ups

Diamonds: squats

Spades: Leg raises

Clubs: lunges

Joker: jumping jacks

Flip the card and do the exercise according to the suit. The number of the card will dictate how many reps you do.
