Top 10 Lifestyle Habits for a Happy & Healthy Life!

1) Write down your vision and goals you want to accomplish with your healthy lifestyle habits. Place them on your vision board or somewhere you will see them everyday. 2) Figure out WHY you want to accomplish those goals; write them down and place them somewhere you will see them everyday. 3) Meditate and practice self-love everyday. Repeat self-love mantras such as, “I love and accept

myself as I am,” throughout the day. 4) Exercise at least 30 – 60 minutes 4-5 days per week. This may include yoga, cardio and resistance training. 5) Drink 1 litre of water, with ½ lemon juiced every morning before eating any food. 6) Start your day off with a smoothie or something easy to digest. If you’re having digestive discomfort with your smoothie make it either a fruit or a green smoothie. Try not to mix fruit and greens together. 7) Eat foods that are high in alkalinity including sprouts and dark leafy green veggies everyday and in abundance. Have at least one raw salad every day. 8) Cut out dairy as it causes inflammation due to the chemicals, steroids, infection and waste products it contains. There are many dairy substitutes out there that taste fantastic and much healthier for you. 9) Cut out meat because it causes high acidity in the body and makes it hard for the body to digest and cleanse.
