Smoothies are one of my favorite grab-and-go meals. They are easy to make and can be packed with high quality nutrition. Below you will find the recipe and a video showing how to make the recipe.
Banana Fig Smoothie
1 fig (preferably frozen)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
2 handfulls spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 scoop French Vanilla Juice Plus Complete meal replacement powder
1 cup almond milk
Blend, serve and enjoy!
